Having articled with McLean & Kerr, Sharon has been a core member of our Litigation group since her call to the Bar in 1986.  She is presently a member of our Management Committee.

Sharon has acted for private and public corporations, banks and entrepreneurs and has considerable expertise and experience with:

  • commercial landlord and tenant matters including lease default remedies, lease interpretation, injunctive relief and collection

  • construction issues including negotiation of construction contracts, construction liens and trust claims

  • mortgage remedies including foreclosure, power of sale and appointment of receivers

  • employment disputes
