Talar
articled with McLean & Kerr LLP
and returned as an associate upon being admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2010.
Talar
has a broad insurance litigation practice, including the defence of property
damage, occupiers' liability and defamation actions brought against insured and
subrogated actions in product liability and property damage matters.
Talar
also has a broad commercial litigation practice, including landlord-tenant
disputes, repair and storage lien matters, and personal property leasing and
lien priority disputes.
Talar
has argued matters in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario
Court of Justice in courtrooms throughout Ontario.
Prior
to her legal training, Talar majored in Political Science at McGill
University. Talar is fluent in Armenian.
