Gus articled with McLean & Kerr LLP and
has been a member of its litigation department since that time. Gus has
acted for numerous corporations and individuals on matters including shareholder disputes, the enforcement of security agreements, employment
matters, matters under both the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies'
Creditors Arrangement Act. Gus has appeared on numerous
occasions before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the
Ontario Court of Appeal and prides himself on his pragmatic and
cost-effective approach to litigation.
