PERSONAL
DETAIL
Sam is a member of the Securities and Corporate Finance group. He has
experience in private placements, as well as acting for underwriters and issuers
on a variety of debt and equity capital market offerings. In addition, Sam acts
for entrepreneurial clients to assist them in areas of corporate governance,
corporate organizations, financing, commercial agreements and other contractual
matters.
Sam joined McLean & Kerr in 2011 after articling at a national firm in
Toronto. He received his LL.M. in Corporate and Securities Law on a
Capital Markets Fellowship from the University of Toronto and a B.C.L./LL.B.
with distinction from McGill University. Prior to entering law school, Sam
received his Bachelor of Arts (High Distinction) in International Relations from
Trinity College at the University of Toronto.
