Michael was
born and educated in Toronto before studying law at the University of
Windsor. Michael articled with McLean & Kerr LLP
in 2003-2004, joined the
litigation department as an
associate in July 2004 and became a partner in 2010.
Michael is
an experienced litigation lawyer who has appeared before various courts in
Ontario. He has also represented clients before administrative tribunals
and undertaken judicial reviews of tribunal decisions. Michael also has
experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediations
and binding arbitration. Michael prides himself on his pragmatic and
cost-effective approach to the resolution of commercial disputes.
Michael is
fluent in Armenian.
