Todd joined McLean & Kerr in
1995 and is currently a member of its management committee. He practises in the firm's commercial law group, with a
principal
focus on commercial leasing and real estate in the retail, office and industrial
sectors, including purchases, sales and financing
of commercial properties. Todd also acts for public sector clients and
municipalities in real estate development matters including public
infrastructure projects and public/private partnerships. He acts for
landlords, institutional lenders and on behalf of large national tenants in real
estate, municipal and general commercial matters. Todd has extensive
experience with title insurance and regularly acts as counsel to one of the
major title insurers active in Ontario. Todd also provides sophisticated
estate planning and administration advice to the private clients of the firm and
he has spoken at estate planning seminars for a national financial planning
organization.
