PERSONAL DETAIL

Born, raised and educated in Toronto, John's practice has been real estate oriented, including the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of residential, industrial, retail and office properties.  For a period in excess of 30 years John has specialized in two areas: (a) the leasing of commercial properties ranging from single tenant properties to strip centres to regional centres with respect to which he has represented private and publicly owned landlords and tenants, and (b) the acquisition, development, financing and sale of commercial property.

In his personal life, John has also visited and inspected real estate around the world--the Pyramids, the Acropolis, the Kremlin, Machu Picchu, Angkor Wat, Taj Mahal, Potala Palace, Buckingham Palace, Versailles, the Serengeti and Milford Sound.
