Lucie
Kroumova joined McLean & Kerr LLP in 2007 and is an associate in the
Corporate/Securities Group. Ms. Kroumova has experience in private placements,
as well as acting for underwriters and issuers on a variety of debt and equity
capital markets offerings. In addition, Ms. Kroumova acts for entrepreneurial
clients to assist them in areas of corporate organization, financing, commercial
agreements and other contractual matters.
