Christine practices corporate/commercial law at the firm, acting primarily for entrepreneurial clients to assist them in the areas of:

• business start-ups and reorganizations

• financings

• commercial agreements including licensing, franchising, distribution and technology agreements

• share and asset acquisitions and sales

• privacy law

Christine also acts for Canadian and foreign corporations and partnerships in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions including commercial lending transactions, personal property enforcement proceedings, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture and commercial agreements of all types..
