Jenna was called to the Ontario
Bar in 2011 after completing her articles with McLean & Kerr LLP.
Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2010. At
convocation she received the Faculty of Law Community Service award for her
volunteer contributions to the Windsor community. Prior to her legal
training, Jenna received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology
at Queen's University.
Jenna is a member of the Securities & Corporate Finance and Corporate &
Commercial Law groups. Her corporate finance experience includes assisting
both issuers and brokers with capital raising initiatives, including public
offerings and private placements. Jenna has also been involved in a
variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including share and asset
acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations and varying types of business
agreements for entrepreneurial clients.
