Nadia earned her Juris Doctor from the Northeastern University School of Law in
Boston Massachusetts. After being admitted as an attorney with the
Massachusetts State Bar in 2004, Nadia returned to Canada. In completing
her legal accreditation process in Canada, Nadia attended the University of
Toronto, Faculty of Law and articled with the Ministry of the Attorney
General. Prior to her legal training, Nadia received a Bachelor of
Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of
Toronto.
Nadia is a member of the Securities and Corporate Finance group. She has
experience in private placements and has acted for brokers and issuers on a
variety of capital market offerings. In addition, Nadia acts for
entrepreneurial clients to assist them in areas of corporate governance,
corporate organizations, financing, commercial agreements and other contractual
matters.
