Gary
is a seasoned corporate/securities lawyer with over 15 years experience advising
clients on securities and business law matters, with particular focus on private
and public fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings,
regulatory compliance matters and corporate/commercial transactions. Prior
to joining McLean & Kerr LLP, Gary was a partner of a prominent Bay Street
securities law boutique. Gary also has six years experience acting as
general counsel for a mid-market investment dealer and for an industrial
conglomerate with businesses in marketing, media, software development, and
investment fund development.
